Terms of Service — PageFlow

1. Acceptance

By installing or using PageFlow (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

PageFlow is an Atlassian Forge application that enables content migration into Confluence Cloud, including:

  • Importing PDF files as Confluence pages with attachments
  • Importing OneNote notebooks via the Microsoft Graph API
  • Exporting Confluence pages as PDF documents

3. Requirements

To use the App, you need:

  • An active Atlassian Confluence Cloud instance
  • Appropriate Confluence permissions (space admin or page create permissions)
  • A Microsoft account (only for OneNote import features)

4. License

The App is provided as a free Atlassian Marketplace application. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App within your Confluence Cloud instance.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the right to migrate content from source systems
  • Verifying imported content meets your organization’s policies
  • Managing access permissions on imported Confluence pages
  • Complying with Microsoft’s terms when using OneNote import

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App and its source code are owned by the developer
  • Content you import remains your property
  • The App does not claim any rights over your content

7. Limitations

The App is subject to:

  • Atlassian Forge platform limits (25s function timeout, 128MB memory)
  • Microsoft Graph API rate limits
  • Confluence API rate limits
  • Maximum 100 files per batch import

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Perfect content conversion fidelity
  • Compatibility with all Confluence configurations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or content corruption.

10. Data Processing

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. The App processes data within the Atlassian Forge environment and does not store content externally.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it
  • We may discontinue the App with reasonable notice
  • Upon termination, previously imported content remains in your Confluence instance

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
